  • Is this Training Membership different from the BHN App?
    Yes, it is different, but you can create an account using the same process as the app. You can also use the same login credentials for both. This website is specifically designed to offer online courses—both free and paid—along with an FAQ section that provides helpful resources before using the BHN App.
  • How to Upgrade or Change Your Membership Plan
    In the BHN App: Go to your profile and tap the Settings icon (gear icon on the right). Select Account Settings and then choose Subscriptions. From here, you can: Upgrade your subscription. Purchase a subscription (if you're a Practitioner and have received approval). Delete your account: After choosing to delete, you will have 30 days to log in and cancel the deletion. After 30 days, all your data will be permanently removed from our servers, and you’ll need to create a new account to use the app again. Important: If you delete your account without canceling your subscription first, you will still be charged. To Cancel or Downgrade Your Subscription: If your subscription was purchased via the app: Go to the Apple Store or Google Play Store, and cancel your subscription through your purchase settings. If your subscription was purchased via the browser with a credit card: Go to your browser account settings and update or cancel the subscription accordingly. Note: BHN cannot cancel your subscriptions for you. You are responsible for managing your subscription settings. Post-Cancellation: Once you cancel, your subscription features will remain active until the billing expiration date. After that, your access will be adjusted accordingly.

    In the BHN App: If you're a Practitioner, go to your profile's Settings tab and turn on your Practitioner profile. Upload your certification for review. Wait for an email notifying you whether your application has been approved or rejected. If approved, purchase the monthly or annual VIP portal subscription: Via the Apple or Google Store if using the app, OR By entering your credit card details if using the browser version. Note you will have 3 day-free trial. Practitioner Benefits in the BHN App include: Being featured on the Practitioner Map so clients can find you and your services. Access to Practitioner-Only Content for career growth. The ability to host LIVES and GROUPS to engage with clients and build your practice. On the Training Website: Your membership is free. You only pay for: Paid online courses Booking paid events and webinars Premium offerings that are separate from the app. Practitioner Benefits on the Training Website include: Access to free trainings. Exclusive opportunities to participate in paid events and webinars, as well as courses different from those offered in the app.
  • What to Do If You Forget Your Login Details
    Steps to Reset Your Password: Open the BHN App or Browser version. Click Log In, then select Forgot My Password. Enter your email address and submit the request. Check your email for a reset link, click on it, and follow the instructions to create a new password. Return to the app or browser and log in with your new credentials. Important Notes: If you created your account using the Apple or Google login button, you cannot change your password. Instead, you will need to log in via the Apple or Google tools you originally used.

Create your account: Use your email and choose a password, OR Sign up using the Apple or Google button. Check your email for a verification code. Tip: If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folder. Return to the app (or browser) and enter the verification code to verify your account.

    Book a Call with a Practitioner: Use the MAP inside the BHN App to find and connect with practitioners in your area for one-on-one sessions. Select BHN Groups to view the available options. Choose a group you'd like to join and start participating in discussions.

    Turn ON Practitioner Tab: Go to your profile settings and enable the Practitioner Tab. Turn ON Availability: Ensure your availability is switched ON so clients can see you on the map. Apply for Approval: Upload your Practitioner Certification in the profile settings where it asks for a document or image. Make sure the uploaded document is your official certification. Get Approved: Wait for an email confirming your application has been approved. Subscribe to the Practitioner Plan: Once approved, proceed to purchase the subscription plan to access all Practitioner benefits. Important Notes: If the Practitioner Tab and Availability are not enabled, you will not appear on the Practitioner Map immediately. If your Availability is turned OFF, you will only appear on the map when someone specifically searches for Unavailable Practitioners using the map filters. These steps ensure your visibility and accessibility to clients on the platform!

    If You Use the Web Browser: The app is always up to date as long as your browser is updated to the latest version. If You Use Apple or Google Devices: Enable Auto-Updates: Set your device to automatically update apps to ensure you always have the latest version installed.
